Greetings to all our ALTER EGO-Maniacs!!
Wow, it has been a great week! We had a couple of great gigs last week at Tripp's and especially at Boozehound's! What an incredibly charged-up crowd we had there ... no wonder we enjoy playing there so much!
Coming up this weekend we have an all new show and one we haven't played at for a while. On FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, we'll be at MAIN STREET, 13477 WETMORE ROAD, just off Thousand Oaks. We've heard a lot of good things about this place since new management took over, so we're looking forward to playing in a part of town we don't play in too often. Main Street is very comfortable, has an outdoor area, pool tables, and there isn't a bad seat in the house! The show begins at 9:30 p.m.
On SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, we head up to the Hill Country for a long-awaited return gig at the GUADALUPE RIVER CLUB 1483 JUNCTION HIGHWAY, KERRVILLE (take the SECOND Kerrville exit off I-10 and take a right on Junction). This is an outdoor gig on the back patio and a really nice place to play and to hang out. We haven't played there since February, so we're hoping for a great turnout!
Coming up, we have a TON of gigs at both Hooligan's locations, a gig at Click's Billiards on West and Babcock, at the Q Bar (where the old Mama's on I-10 was) and back to the Falls at the end of October. Your support has made our success possible and we apreciate it from the bottom of our little rock and roll hearts!
Thank you for all the kindness you've shown the band ... we're coming up on our fourth anniversary! Hard to believe! But playing for our extended family of ALTER EGO-maniacs makes it all worthwhile! See you on the scene!
