I received an e-mail last month saying that AntHill Society was calling it quits and that their April 28th show would be their last. But today I received an e-mail from a DJ in Brownwood, who goes by the name Tie-dyed Tehuti online. As a DJ, he's had the chance to interview AntHill Society and introduce them onstage, and has become a big fan of their music.
He sent me this link to a really cool video he made of AntHill Society. Check it out.
And according to Tie-dyed Tehuti on this video, AntHill Society has NOT called it quits, after all! So, I guess...look forward to hearing more from them!
ADDED NOTE: Rumor confirmed. I just got an e-mail from AntHill Society that they're playing this Saturday at the Grapevine Mainstreet Day Festival in Grapevine, TX.
