Roland “Nightrocker” Fuentes learned a lot from Taco Land's Ram Ayala, not the least of which is the importance of a serious air conditioning system. The AC at Fuentes' Nightrocker Live bar/restaurant/live-music/visual-art venue is in need of an upgrade, so it's benefit time.
Saturday, there'll be a 10-band/$10 fundraiser featuring, in order of appearance beginning at 4 p.m. Sound on Sound, Malicious Inc., Mourning Sky, Say Revenge, Egshan, Devil May Care, Boxcar Satan, The Heroine, Martyrhead and Pop Pistol. Comedians Alex “Kool Aid” Ansel, Javier Bazaldua and Tommy Muñoz will help keep things rolling during the AC soiree.

Texas and the world lost an amazing, hard-working rockabilly performer with the death of Charles "Chadd" Thomas II.
Uncle Billy's and Mal Thursday's Texas Tyme Machine have teamed up to produce this series of Memorial Shows, which will celebrate a fine musician and friend to many, who was taken too soon, as well as to benefit Chadd's 8-year old daughter's Trust Fund.
