Tesla's five-man acoustical jam is returning to San Antonio -- 2011 style.
The California hard rockers will play Backstage Live on Saturday, Nov. 12.
The band released Twisted Wires & The Acoustic Sessions in July, an album that features acoustic versions of older songs, including tunes last recorded with original guitarist Tommy Skeoch in 2005. One of Tesla's most successful albums was Five Man Acoustical Jam, a 1990 concert recorded in Philadelphia that touched on everything from their biggest hits to the Beatles' "We Can Work It Out." Twenty-plus years later, Tesla has returned to its non-electrical side.
