NYE at Boneshakers

Boneshakers 2^nd annual New Year’s Eve Best of Texas Show is the event to kick off another great year of live music for the river expantion club. The downtown skyline along with the 2012 fireworks show from Hemisphere plaza make the backdrop for a puro San Antonio musical experience. More than 8 of Texas’ finest bands will use multiple stages to ring in the New Year with legendary Tejano accordionist Flaco Jimenez highlighting the night for the second straight year. The multi Grammy-winner will play from 10 to midnight on the inside stage. Meanwhile San Anto’s own Conjunto-Punk outfit Pinata Protest will use the outside stage. There will be also be a rooftop set by Tacoland all-star compatriots Shit City Dream Girls. Los Skarnales make the trek from Houston to help close out the night with their mixture of ska, reggae, Rockabilly, swing, mambo, cumbia, and danzones.
