After 5
years of hosting one night only art events, performances and live music
I will be retiring from LoneStar Studios Second Saturdays.
I cannot express how much I have loved creating and curating these art night events.
We
have done so much in the past half decade and I am truly thankful for
all of the support that has come from San Antonio's artistic and musical
community. LoneStar Studios was recently awarded "Best Alternative Art
Space" and I received the 3rd "Best Local Curator" behind Alex Rubio
and David Rubin in the San Antonio Current's "Best of" Readers Poll
2012.
Second Saturday's could not be what it is today with out the Friends of LoneStar Studios.

9th will be my last Second Saturday and with our closing I will be
showcasing all of the work I have created in the past 5 years.
All of it, the good, the bad and the gnarly.
All of my work will be discounted and I will be selling artwork from $1 and up. So bring cash and get some great deals!
Music will be provided by: Travis Simpson and The Bexar County Skill
Cranes as well as a rotating series of special guests who have been very
supportive of Second Saturday and LoneStar Studios
San Antonio's best food truck Say She Ate will be there serving their award winning sliders, duck fat fries and more.
