JULY 5, 2012 (San Antonio, TX) The Pearl Brewery, in
partnership with Alamo Drafthouse, recently announced the return of Friday
Night Films in the Park which will premiere Friday, July 13 at 8:00 pm with the
comedy classic Three Amigos.
We are excited to bring Friday Night Films
back to Pearl, said Chief Marketing Officer Elizabeth Fauerso. Last year was
a huge success, really a great way to beat the heat, have some fun and enjoy
the awesome interactive film experience that Alamo Drafthouse is known for.
The first three-week series of films themed
Westerns include the above mentioned Three Amigos on July 13, Red River on
July 20th and Serenity on July 27th. The second series
titled Oil Boom kicks off August 3 with There Will Be Blood and continues
with Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior on August 10 and Giant on August 17. Each
film will feature interactive elements such as quote-alongs, milkshake
contests, water-gun play and more that go beyond the traditional movie watching
experience.
