What: We're working the So Tex Pop Culture Center's Unplugged Series
The music: Blues, swing and eclectic etc. powered by resonator guitar, rubboard, cocktail drum, resonator bass and big fun.
The center's exhibit: Chicano Soul, a very cool exhibit featuring the bands that played West Side Soul and R&B
Bonus: Memorabilia from the Cave Dwellers featuring Ollie Morris on drums
Cover: $5, 1/2 of which goes to benefit the work of the center, which is to spotlight S.A.'s music
history.
