"Australian pop outfit Gold Fields make '80s new wave-influenced dance-pop. Formed in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia in 2010, Gold Fields feature vocalist Mark Robert Fuller, guitarist Vin Andanar, keyboardist Rob Clifton, bassist Luke Peldys, and drummer Ryan D'Sylva. The band released a self-titled EP in 2011. In 2013, Gold Fields delivered their debut full-length album, Black Sun, featuring the single "Dark Again."
Rush Midnight is the project of ex-Twin Shadow member Russell Manning. His album features production and vocals from George Lewis Jr and has garnered national press. Russell went on his first US tour in November to promote his debut EP "+1
Although Rodney Connell and Brandon Duhon started as frontmen for two different bands, MoTel Aviv and Glasnost, their mutual respect and similar passions brought them together after their respective bands broke up. While supporting artists like Yelle, Digitalism and Neon Indian with their previous acts, Rodney and Brandon worked together on original music, visual concepts and screenplays alike. This creative collaboration left them with the collection of songs from which Night Drive was born."
