'Meatopia, a world-class culinary event held annually in New York City and acclaimed as “a meat lovers paradise” by New York Magazine,
comes to San Antonio November 2 and 3 at the Pearl. This Texas-sized,
two-day weekend will highlight the collaboration between the country’s
best meat producers and chefs as they prepare a diverse and exciting
menu over live fire. More than 30 chefs will be cooking, including Ford
Fry of Atlanta, Adam Perry Lang from Daisy May’s, NY, Tim Byres of Smoke
in Dallas, Paul Qui of Austin, Chris Shepherd of Houston’s Underbelly
and San Antonio chefs such as Bruce Auden, Jesse Perez, Tim Rattray, and
Andrew Weissman. Meatopia encompasses several events over the weekend.
