Johnny Drama at Broadway Bar May 12th

What a weekend this was for us. The Bitter End was nice and Wise Guys was totally crazy as always...that is, once the De La Hoya/Mayweather fight was over. Those that came out this past weekend were able to meet our new guitarist, Javi. Let me clear something up real quick. I received several questions about one of his previous groups. Yes folks, it is Grupo Metal (Spanish) that he played with and not Metal (English). He's a great musician and an even nicer guy. This weekend, we have another surprise for you, so we hope that you'll join us.

Speaking of which, we'll be at BROADWAY BAR this Saturday May 12 @ 10:00 PM. It's our Pre Mother's Day show and we want to make it a special one for all the moms out there. Broadway Bar is under new ownership and they have already made some big changes to the place. Come check it out and have a great time with us out there. Cami, Ian and the crew are great to us every time and they love having you out there. Besides, it's our only show this weekend so get your butts out there.

So many of you, our friends, are moms and we know how special you are. For your thankless job we would like to say THANK YOU!! Those of you who aren't moms and you guys that take them for granted, be sure to make Sunday a special one for your mom or your baby momma! Thank you to all the moms out there from Johnny Drama. Don't worry, I won't make reference to all the MILF's out there like I did last year...but you know who you are ;) Enjoy your day and make sure that your kids wait on you hand and foot!!

Not to change the subject so abruptly but you won't believe what I'm about to tell you. We have the pictures up from this past weekend already!! That's right, you don't have to wait weeks anymore, as has been the norm for a while now (thanks a lot JJ). This pictures from this past weekend and last week's show on the 27th are up and ready to be seen. If you haven't seen some of the previous sets, you can go to the schedule page and click on the link shown on each show. There are some that don't have a link and that's from when we were without a camera. I know I give JJ a lot of grief about the pictures, and he deserves it, but he has been dealing with a lot lately. He's been going to school to get his masters degree, in Needlepoint I think, and that has really taken his time. Guess what? He's about to graduate!! Next week is his last class and that's it...he's in debt for life!! So congratulate him when you see him. For now, go check out the pics...
