I don't know about you all, but I for one am glad to be rid of the Phoenix Suns!! Now the Spurs are two wins away from getting to the championship series. That, combined with the fact that this is Memorial Day weekend is reason enough for all of you to come party with us. You can't head out doors this weekend, as we would all like to, because it's supposed to rain. So go ahead and make your plan to join us on Friday at BROADWAY BAR @ 8800 Broadway. If you haven't been out to a show in the past few weeks, you should make it point to come out this holiday weekend. With the new line up, we've added new material and we're working very hard to add some more.
Saturday, we're going to be at SOHO Lounge @ 12289 Nacogdoches. It seems as though it's been forever since we've played there and it's because it has been a long time. We had to cancel our show there at the beginning of April because of my surgery and we're just now getting back in there. This place has really been a good one for us and we'd love to spend the evening with you and your friends. So don't go anywhere else this weekend. Spend it with us and lets all have a great time together.

On another note, I wanted to quickly mention that Javi, JD guitarist, and I have formed an acoustic duo. We're going by the name LESS DRAMATIC. We had our first official show this past Monday night at Bitter End and it went really well. The response was great and we're excited to keep it going. The song mix consist of some of the JD songs but we have a lot of songs you don't hear us play in the band. We'll be back at Bitter End (903 E. Bitters) this Monday night. They'll have the Spurs/ Utah game on the big screen and we'll start after the game. Hope to see you there. You'll be hearing more about this project, as we move forward.
