"Punk Burros Hi-Tones, a new bar in an old building at 621 E. Dewey St. at North St. Mary's Street, is making an impact not only with its new purple paint job, but with its puro San Antonio music offerings. Friday, Hi-Tones will stage “BurroPUNKFest II.”L.A. David, King of the Burro visual artists, will play host for the gathering.
Music will be provided by, in order of appearance at 9 p.m., I Ching Gatos, The Far Crys, So Unloved, Sons of Sancho and Los de Esta Noche. Marisela Barrera will do some performance art. Cover is $3."
