"Bands I Know is happy to announce a free all ages show featuring Santa Monica CA band State Faults (Tiny Engines, No Sleep Records) and Strike To Survive July 10th at The Ten Eleven. They will be joined by local bands Signalman and Joust & Parry plus more TBA.
State Faults album Head In The Clouds was
digitally released in September of 2010. Tiny Engines will release the 5
song EP, remixed and remastered with brand new artwork, on 12" vinyl in
the Spring of 2013. Pre-orders to come soon.

Formed in early 2010 State Faults immediately
began writing and recording music within the cramped confines of a 2nd
floor apartment. Huddled together in the California heat, the group
created a tightly knit sound, drawing upon elements of 90's emo and
post-hardcore. Those early days gave birth to the band's impressive
self-released debut EP, Head In The Clouds. Released in late 2010, the EP quickly spread through word of mouth and State Faults began to cultivate a devoted following.
In what can only be described as an advancement of the sound created on Head In The Clouds, Desolate Peaks followed in the Spring of 2012 as the band found a perfect balance between craft and composition."
