I was talking (e-mail) with Carlos, the drummer of Valley of Kings, and he wanted me to let you know about them and their upcoming gigs.
Valley of Kings is a 3-piece rock band from San Antonio. Listening to their music, they're what I would call "alternative metal." Their influences include KISS, Rush, Robin Trower, Cake, Primus and classic metal.
Valley of Kings will be at Rock City Bar November 3 with The Invincible Czars and Opposite Day, both bands from Austin.
They will also be at Broadway Brew Haus on November 11th, with local Satantonio and Colorado band Jett Black.
