Greetings friends, first we want to thank everyone who came out to party with us this past Friday at Tripp's. It was a great way to start 2006, and the turnout was awesome. Thanks again to all of you "regulars" who we have been supporting us around town.
THIS FRIDAY, the 13th, Papa Wood will be at Boozehound's. Located just outside 410 at Perrin Beitel next to Lack's. Look for the orange sign with a "hound" dog on it. Scott and the gang there really know how to take care of the rock crowd, so if you haven't visited Boozehound's yet, allow us to be your excuse this Friday night.
We have a couple of special event shows to tell you about also. First, on Sat. Feb. 18th we'll be playing on the grounds of the Stock Show and Rodeo. That's the same night that Lynyrd Skynyrd will be performing. We'll give you the exact stage location soon.
Also, we just heard that we are booked to play St. Patrick's Day, March 17th at Bennigan's on Wurzbach & I-10. This obviously will be a huge drinking bonanza, so start making plans to get there early. We're set to start at 9pm.
