Texas is Funny Records and Ghostpizza are happy to announce a joint showcase June 29th 2013 at Hi-Tones called Ghostpizza Vs Texas is Funny. Representing Ghostpizza will be local DJ Soloserve and Houston rapper Levii Russell, while Texas is Funny will present Young / / / Savage and Vetter Kids.
Last year as a project for the Good Job
Texas radio show both organizations faced off against each other in a
basketball showdown, of which Texas is Funny
emerged the victor. Both groups enjoyed the friendly competition and
decided to play another game this summer, but this time throw a showcase
later in the evening.
Ghostpizza, based in San Antonio, can
best be described as a hype team for rappers, Djs, and producers from
all over Texas. Ghostpizza has helped launch the music careers of
Crizzly, Milli Mars, Beautiful Lou, and Western Tink.

Texas is Funny Records is a label formed in 2009 based in central
Texas. Originally a local San Antonio label, they have branched out with
acts located all over the United States.
